It’s the day before Christmas and all through the land
People rush to buy presents–some small and some grand…
I’m preparing to spend the holiday with family (no computer attached)! Regardless of what’s under your tree this year, take a moment to remember those not with us. I’m spending another year without my little sister. It still seems odd knowing that she’s with God and no longer in pain. The lack of her presence reminds me to embrace the true meaning of the holiday.
It’s not about the presents, the food, or the latest movie release. It’s about family and remembering that Christ died for our redemption.
Whether you’re a believer or not, take a moment and appreciate your family.
Merry Christmas to all of you!
