Goodreads.com Description: “When seventeen year-old Isis Martin is having trouble sleeping due to perturbing dreams of a horrific growling beast, she decides to confront her fear. But what Isis discovers is something other than a menacing entity.
The human-like creature offers Isis assurance that he is not a figment of her imagination. Unwilling to accept his avowal, Isis sets his words to contest by asking the entity to prove himself—a dare, he readily welcomes.
It is in her dreams that Isis innocently stumbles upon the silent existence of the divine lineage of those that man has long forgotten.
In a quaint town, deep in south Texas, this story leads Isis onto the path of impermissible love and captivating life-changing truths. Isis Martin’s journey is sure to leave any reader ravenous for more.”

About the Author
Hi, I’m Nely Cab. I like to daydream and write about the stories I dream up. Sometimes those stories turn into books. I grew up in south Texas where palm trees thrive all year long, and the weather is too hot for my liking. The suburbian town where I lived from the age of thirteen has a population of only 5000 inhabitants. This town became the setting for The Creatura Seriesbecause it’s the place where I remember being a teenager. Just to give you an idea of how small it is, my graduating highschool class was made up of about 300 students.

Have a great weekend!
BUT I HAVEN’T ALWAYS lived in Texas. After I got married, I movedI studied culinary arts and oil painting. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see that I sometimes post pictures of my creations. The weather in Monterrey is a lot like the weather is here in south Texas⎯where I currently reside. The city of Monterrey, however, is a huge metropolis surrounded by mountains. I get lost even when I use a navigation system, so in a city that large, I never knew where I was.
FIVE YEARS AND A KID LATER, I returned to the U.S. Two years after, my journey to becoming a writer began. I had no idea what was in store for me, but, oh, what a wonderful journey it’s been!
